The Velocitek Prism lightweight racing compass weighs in at only 137 grams making it the Worlds lightest racing compass. This electronic compass doesn't store any data making it class legal for boats where electronic compasses are allowed to be used.
The compass relies on magnetic field and has a large (29mm tall numbers) anti glare screen which can be seen in sunlight and from a number of angles due to it's triangle shape.
The Velocitek Prism charges in the sunlight and comes with a handy case to keep your compass protected when it's not in use.
The Speed Puck from Velocitek tracks your speed and updates you every 2 seconds so you can make quick adjustments and see the change in speed.
Easy to install the Speed Puck doesn't need any set up, simply attach it to the boat in your desired location, launch your boat and sheet in and hold on for accurate speed results.
Your speed data is tracked and logged and can be downloaded to your computer so you can review your sail at a later date.

Sticky back peels off easily and glue seems strong. Quite possibly this is the same product as supplied in the pre-cut kits for the ILCA mast bottom sections?
Makes a lot of sense to use sacrificial strips to slow down wear on the mast and gel coat.
Better value to buy several meters of this one and with care and a sharp blade you can cut desired lengths by wrapping around the mast and cutting neatly.
Replacement laser block arrived very quickly. Part was exactly the same as the original and I was back on the water without missing a weekend. Great service.

Well thought out kit bag with a large internal compartment and small mesh pockets inside and out. The wet compartment is really useful. Appears to be well made and the strap is comfy over the shoulder. Easily packed in my winter gear plus a few spare tops etc but if you like to carry multiple winter wetsuits or have lots of spares you may want to go for a larger 90l bag.
