The International Laser sailing dinghy is one of the most popular single handlers in history and is also an Olympic sailing class for both men and women. Two different rigs are used for the two different events.
The Laser has a strict one-design policy and the boat has changed little since the original 1971 design.
In this article we look at the Harken blocks which can be used on the boats to give you a competitive edge on the water.

A very robust design with an easy to use valve and attachment ring. It also has a loop to tuck the valve away to stop it snagging on the shroud as it's hoisted which is a nice addition. Overall an excellent float.
