Sponsored sailor Jack-Graham Troll has sent in this round up of what he has been doing.
Unfortunately for him the Laser 4.7 Europeans and Worlds have been cancelled but he is still clinging on to the hope that the UK Nationals may go ahead, after all he has got a title to defend.
Jack has been keeping himself busy with his school work (8 hours a day - WOW) and has also been using his sister to help get through 5K a day of running, walking of cycling to keep his fitness levels up.
Alongside his fitness and school work has also been perfecting his new Laser rig which includes a kite system. An impressive piece of kit we can't wait to see on the water.
If you look at the photos carefully Jack appears to now have Blue hair.....

I did wonder how I would change the battery on my timer and this kit s the answer !. I race land yachts and do a two minute rolling start which can be rather mad it times so i need that battery !
