The Chok-A-Blok strap guard protects both the boat and the webbing strap when strapping your boat down to the trailer or roof rack. Designed to protect delicate surfaces, such as varnished wood and gel coats, when loaded onto trailers and prevents the straps from rubbing while you're on the way to a sailing event.

Available Sizes

• CAB35 - 25 to 35mm Pad Size 160mm Long and 43mm Wide. Holds webbing straps, from 25-35mm (1 inch-1½ inch) wide
• CAB50 - 35 to 50mm Pad Size 178mm Long and 58mm Wide. Holds webbing strap, from 35-50mm (1½ inch-2 inch) wide

Materials

The webbing strap clip section is made from polypropylene, it is flexible even at low temperatures, it is chemically resistant to most acids, oils and fuels, his material is also used for automotive battery cases therefore ideally suited for use in the challenging conditions of the haulage and transport industry.

To protect the cargo, a medical grade foam is used. The foam is formed by creating bubbles of environmentally inert nitrogen within polyethylene, resulting in a highly pure foam which will not cause corrosion or silver staining, it is lightweight, tough, flexible, C.F.C. & H.C.F.C. free, chemically inert, non toxic and resistant to moisture, oils, solvents, dilute acids and UV light.
